SUBSTANCE: assemblage method involves lowering upper structure on lower one; bringing in register orifices of jointing flange connected to upper structure with guiding orifices of that of lower structure; connecting the first tether ends to at least two orifices of jointing flange; passing the second tether ends through corresponding orifices of jointing flange connected to lower structure; tightening tether during upper structure lowering onto lower one.

EFFECT: decreased labor inputs and increased operational safety.
