FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: offshore ice-resistant platform belongs to the oil and gas industry, namely to the structures of sectional platforms, especially those designed for operation in ice conditions, in which the prevailing factor is to ensure high reliability of installation work. The offshore ice-resistant platform comprises an upper part with a docking surface equipped with guide elements, and a lower supporting underwater part with a docking surface equipped with counter guide elements. One of the mating surfaces is equipped with damping units, each of which is made in the form of a glass with several rows of side holes made in it and with a movable piston installed inside it. Each cup is installed in an adjusting cage made in the upper or lower part of the platform, and each piston is installed in the cup with the possibility of its movement in the cup, as well as with the possibility of successively closing the holes as it moves and consequently reducing the value of the total cross section of the side holes. The adjusting cage is made with the possibility of adjusting the position of the damping element relative to the mating surface opposite to it of one of the parts of the platform. The damping unit is equipped with a device for fixing the piston in its original position, as well as a device for returning the piston to its original position, in addition, the damping unit is designed to provide forced disconnection of the mating surfaces of the upper and lower parts of the platform in case they stick to each other, and is also equipped with throttling devices built into the side holes of the glasses to provide the ability to control the value of the total cross section of the holes in the glasses in the initial position of the piston.
EFFECT: reduction of dynamic loads during docking of the upper and lower parts of the offshore stationary ice-resistant platform is provided.
