FIELD: aircraft industry; mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at strength finishing of compressors of gas-turbine engines of aircraft and ground application, in process of bench tests and in service. Purpose of proposed invention is developing method of adjustment of turbomachine wheel to reduce level of self-sustained oscillations at minimum cost with reduction of level of resonance oscillations. According to proposed method, at least half of blades is provided with damping coating or is manufactured of material with other damping properties, and said blades are fitted in turbomachine wheel with alternation of blades with coating or without coating, or with blades of material with different damping properties. Arrangement of preset number of blades on wheel is optimized to provided required stability margin to self-sustained oscillations, and at least part of blades is provided with damping coating and arranged in wheel of turbomachine with due account of results of optimization.
EFFECT: reduced level of self-sustained oscillations of turbomachine wheel.
