FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submersible centrifugal electric pumping plants. Proposed submersible pump contains number of similar module sections whose shafts are successively connected by splined couplings. Each module-section has housing with fitted-in packs of stages consisting of impeller and guide vane assembly, and base which is turned into housing of module-section. Detachable radial sliding bearing with axial channels to pass handles liquid is installed in base housing without clearance, and outer cylindrical groove is made. Detachable radial sliding bearing has hub arranged in center of housing of radial sliding bearing and provided with conical faces on end faces, shifted forward to side opposite to direction of liquid flow through 1/3 of its length relative to housing of radial sliding bearing. Hub is secured in housing of radial sliding bearing by four blades playing part of stiffening ribs and provided with rounded off profiles of front and rear parts. Blades are installed at tilting through 45° relative to vertical plane of end face and axis of housing of radial sliding bearing and are arranged at circumference being spaced through 90°.
EFFECT: reduced radial runout of lower end of shaft and radial vibration and hydraulic resistances in lower radial sliding bearing at inlet of liquid into first impeller of pump nodule-section.
