FIELD: oil production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil production and can be used in submersible installations for electric centrifugal pumps used for pumping fluid into the formation to maintain reservoir pressure in the well. In a multistage submersible pump installation containing an electric motor, a protector and a vane pump, which includes a shaft, a housing, a head, a base, at least two stages, each stage containing an impeller with a hub mounted on the shaft and a guide vane, installed in the housing, the electric motor, the protector and the vane pump are installed in series from top to bottom, while at the inlet to the vane pump there is a unit for the axial support of the vane pump, which includes two diagonal stages, the upper impeller is installed without the possibility of axial movement along the shaft, in relation to the hub of the lower impeller and in relation to the support ring mounted on the shaft above this impeller, in each stage between the impeller and the lower-installed guide vane, two axial pairs of friction with a larger and smaller diameter are made, forming a node of the axial support of the stage, and structurally the node of the axial support of the stage functions in a closed area closed from contact with the formation fluid by a slot seal with forced centrifugal separation mechanical impurities, while the axial support of a stage with a large diameter is made with the ability at the time of starting the installation to perform the function of a mechanical seal for an axial support of a smaller diameter.
EFFECT: invention increases the reliability of submersible installations for maintaining reservoir pressure.
