FIELD: aerospace industry; aircraft industry; motor industry; other industries; systems of detachment of the turbojet engine blowers by means of the explosive charges.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the system of detachment of the blower (10) of the turbofan engine, which contains the mobile shaft (4)of the blower mounted in the bearings (6, 8), each of which is connected with the stationary part (28) of the turbofan engine by means of the bearing supports (26, 30) rigidly attached to the stationary part of the turbofan engine by means of the mechanical links (32, 34). The mechanic links acting during the normal operation of the turbofan engine for transfer of the power created by rotation of the blower contain the explosive charges used for destruction of the indicated links. The explosive charges are controlled by the computer (40) of the digital control system with the complete responsibility (FADEC) on the basis of the data received from the means (44) of the measurements of the mechanic strains in the turbofan engine and the computer model (46) simulating the static, dynamic and thermodynamic behavior of the turbofan engine. The presented invention ensures development of the reliable system of the blower detachment from the turbofan engine with the purpose of prevention of the critical mode of operation of the turbofan engine.
EFFECT: the invention ensures creation of the reliable system of the blower detachment from the turbofan engine with the purpose of prevention of its critical mode of operation.
