SUBSTANCE: method involves studying biopsy material taken from wound surface with fixing solution being used. The fixing solution contains glacial acetic acid, 40% of formalin, 96° ethyl alcohol, taken in 1:2:17 proportion with alcohol concentration being from 50° to absolute one for dehydration.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in determining microbial insemination and wound surface invasion depth.
