SUBSTANCE: as a temporal biological bandage one should apply an autofascia from amputated limb which should be applied onto wound surface before autodermoplasty that enables to decrease traumatism of operation due to carrying out postponed autoplasty after stabilizing patient's state and maximally apply autotissues of severely burnt patient without any additional operational trauma for reconstructing patient's lost skin. Moreover, the innovation shortens terms of therapy.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
