FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing the wound to extremely high frequency radiation treatment at nitrogen oxide molecular radiation and absorption spectrum frequencies of 150.176-150.664 GHz with power flow intensity being equal to 0.002-0.003 mW/cm2. Radiation-emitting apparatus aperture is 15-20 cm far from the wound surface. Treatment time is equal to 15 min in amplitude modulation mode. The therapy is administered after the burn crust starts divesting in superficial burn cases. Deep burn injuries being the case, the therapy is administered after having done chemical necrectomy. The treatment course is 7-10 procedures long in daily mode. No effect manifestations being found in 1-2 days, session duration is to be increased to 30 min with continuous generation being applied.
EFFECT: accelerated burned surface epithelialization process.
