FIELD: electric engineering and mechanical engineering, possible use at enterprises using inductive heating devices of low power, connected to alternating current network with voltage 220/380 V and frequency 50 Hz for heating objects up to temperature of 600°C and above; possible use in railroad transportation in heating devices used for repairs of train parts, melting of non-ferrous metals and other technological needs.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, between multi-coiled, multi-layered inductive coil and its thermal isolation, an air slit gap is made, through which a flow of compressed air is forced, which creates an air protection screen, which prevents transfer of heat to multi-coiled, multi-layered inductive coil which penetrates thermal isolation from object being heated, which is absorbed by air flow and dispersed into atmosphere.
EFFECT: increased reliability of overheating protection of multi-coiled, multi-layered inductive coils due to increased efficiency of their cooling, ensuring simplification and cheapening of heating devices, created on basis of usage of multi-coiled, multi-layered inductive coils, connected to alternating current network supply with abovementioned parameters.
