FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making incisions in skin, cellular tissue, fascia and muscles over external hip joint surface. Ischiofemoral ligament is formed. The 1.5-2 cm wide and 12-16 cm long ligament is cut out from broad femoral fascia proximally retaining it in natural connection with iliac bone wing. The fascia is rolled up as tube, and sutured with buried suture the whole length long. It is brought through prepared canals in cotyloid cavity roof and in trochanteric femur portion and attached to external surface of the greater trochanter with transosseous buried sutures.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in repairing locomotor function of extremity; reduced risk of postoperative complications.
