FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, traumatology and orthopedics, namely to reconstructive surgery, and can be used for fixation of a femoral part of a modular endoprosthesis. Lavsan filament in proximal portion is fixed to modular endoprosthesis of cotyloid cavity and three-folded femoral component of modular endoprosthesis and cup cotyloid cavity until their full joint between each other.
EFFECT: method provides additional fixation of femoral part of modular endoprosthesis to cotyloid cavity, reduces length of rehabilitation, improved support ability and reduced risk of dislocation of endoprosthesis due to lavsan thread fixation to endoprosthesis after surgical treatment.
