SUBSTANCE: muscle stimulation device has pulse oscillator unit for production and generation of electric stimulation pulse; control unit for controlling pulse oscillator unit to adjust amplitude and frequency of stimulation pulses and for starting process of stimulation pulses transmission to muscle to be stimulated; registration unit for registration instant, spontaneous or forced cardiac rhythm of device's carrier; case where inside pulse oscillator unit is placed as well as control unit and accounting unit; counting unit and memory unit for counting and storing number of stimulation pulses produced during specified period. Determination unit is provided for finding arithmetic averaged stimulation frequency within specified period.
EFFECT: optimal provision of muscles with blood.
