SUBSTANCE: invention refers to means of man's functional state monitoring based on mobile telephone communication, specifically mobile phones furnished with complementary features. Device contains two-way communication mobile phone, communication channel, stress rate evaluator and super wide-band (SWB) radar. SWB radar consists of generator, first sharper, transmitting antenna, first delay line, second sharper, microcontroller, analogue-to-digital converter, integrated amplifier, time discriminator, receiving antenna, second delay line, subtract unit, integrator, divider, reference voltage generator and comparator.

EFFECT: increased reliable extraction of sensed returned signal of heart rate pulse repetition frequency modulation component.
