FIELD: carbon industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for preparation of carbon-carbon compositions on base of hard carbon filler and liquid carbon component. Proposed disperser has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, inner rotor with centrifugal pump blades and cylindrical ring on perimeter of which contraction tubes are made. Stator concentrically encloses inner rotor and it is provided with diffusers over perimeter of cylindrical ring in widening holes of which resonating rods are fitted at distance not less than ¾ of thickness of stator walls. Invention makes it possible to combined processes of milling of hard carbon filler and its homogenous mixing of with liquid carbon component.
EFFECT: improved wetting of particles of carbon filler, homogeneity of compositions and ecological conditions at workplaces owing to prevention of formation of open dust formation.
