FIELD: ore dressing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of floatation of apatite-staffelite (fracalite) concentrate includes removal of sludge, grinding, separation of magnetite concentrate by magnetic separation and floatation using fatty acid collector with obtaining phosphate concentrate. Prior to floatation, anion flocculant on base of polyacrylamide, formula , is delivered at thickening operation. Said flocculant is capable of selectively coagulate and contribute to settling of fine particles of apatite and staffelite, sizing less than 50 microns. For further extraction of apatite and staffelite particles, use is made Neonol reagent modifier separating selectively apatite and staffelite into foam product by floatation, thus increasing extraction of P2O5 into phosphate concentrate from ore.

EFFECT: provision of increased extraction of apatite and staffelite from apatite-staffelite ores.
