FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises pressing the tool to the blank, setting it in reciprocation, and setting the blank in rotation. The tool has spring-loaded holder provided with deforming spring and mounted for permitting free rotation. The deforming spring is set at the axis of the flexible damping base and its diameter is aliquant to the diameter of the surface to be rolled around. The screw cylindrical spring is secured to the outer side of the vibrator. The shaft of the vibrator is set in a forced rotation by means of individual electric motor and vibrator generates pulsating of the turns of the deforming spring that acts on the blank. The vibrator is mounted for permitting the turns of the screw cylindrical spring to be in alternating contact with the turns of the deforming spring.
