FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: periodical impulse load is applied to the deforming tool, which is installed on the free end of wave conductor, normally in relation to processed surface, and at the same time static load is applied with deforming tool to the processed sphere surface in normal manner. Axial motion is communicated to the deforming tool. Periodical impulse load is applied by means of striker and wave conductor, which are made as rods of same diameter. Deforming tool applied is made as cylindrical spiral spring, which is rolled in ring and covers the processed stock. At that the internal diameter of spring ring is less than the diameter of processed stock by the value of double pull.

EFFECT: expands technological capabilities.
