FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: rotary motion is communicated to billet and longitudinal advance is sent to deforming tool for billet processing with tension. Deforming tool is installed on the free end of wave conductor with the help of rocker arm and is made in the form of screw cylindrical spring. Internal diameter of screw cylindrical spring turns is less than the diameter of processed billet for the value of double tension. Radial feed is provided to deforming tool by means of processed billet embracing with turns of screw cylindrical spring, the ends of which are rigidly fixed at rocker arms ends. Static load is applied to mentioned screw cylindrical spring normally to processed surface, and periodic pulse load is applied with the help of striker and wave conductor.

EFFECT: technological resources are expanded.
