FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; other industries; methods of the non-coke reprocessing of the mining raw with production of the vanadium-alloyed steel.
SUBSTANCE: the invention provides, that in the gasifier they produce the cast-iron and the hot reducing gases with the temperature of 850-1050°С by the coal gasification, exercise the loading of the raw and feeding of the hot reducing gases in the shaft furnace for the metallic coating, the metallic coating and the subsequent smelled of the metallized raw in the arc furnace. The necessary temperature in the gasifier maintain by the additional electrical heating. At that up to 70 % of the supplied energy is the electric power. Usage of the invention allows to reduce up to 70 % entry of the sulfur and phosphorus from the coal into cast iron and accordingly to reduce the content of the sulfur and phosphorus in the alloyed steel that improves its operational costs at the steel production. Besides the sulfur contents in the effluent gases of the shaft furnace of the metallization is reduced. At that the oxygen consumption is also reduced and the reducing gas reduction potential of reducing gas is increasing, the process of metallization is accelerated and the degree of the metallization increases, that result in the drop of the consumed electric power in the arc electrical furnace and its efficiency increases.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction by near to 70 % of the share of the sulfur and phosphorus transferred from the coal into cast iron and accordingly to reduce their content in the alloyed steel, that improves its operational costs at the steel production.
