FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; methods of injection of the hot reducing gasses in the blast furnace.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the blast-furnace production. The method provides for production of the hot reducing gas by gasification of the coal or the carbon-containing materials in the liquid bath with the application of the blasting gasses enriched with oxygen, and the blow-in of the produced hot reducing gas into the blast furnace. At gasification use the blasting gasses enriched with oxygen up to 55-60 %, and the concentrate of the iron ore or other oxidized metal-containing materials and inject the produced hot reducing gas in the tuyeres of the blast furnace in the ratio 0.8-0.9 thousand m3/t of the steel-making iron and simultaneously oxygen in the ratio 0.15-0.17 thousand m3/t of the steel-making iron. In the liquid bath in addition gain the cast iron - 0.18-0.21 t/t of the steel-making iron of the blast furnace. The invention allows to reduce the coke specific consumption due to its replacement by the low-cost coal or the carbon-containing materials.
