FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy industry; aircraft industry; other industries; production of the heat-resistant alloys on the basis of the nickel.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the metallurgy, in particular, to the compositions of the casting heat-resistant alloys on the basis of the nickel intended for production by the method of directional crystallization of the details of the high-temperature gas turbines, predominantly the monocrystalline turbine rotor blades and the nozzle blades, which are long-term working at the temperatures exceeding 1000°С. The alloy contains (in mass %): carbon - 0.001-0.04; chromium - 4.0-6.0; cobalt - 8.0-10.0; tungsten - 6.5-8.0; molybdenum - 0.8-2.2; titanium - 0.1-1.0; aluminum - 5,4-6,2; tantalum - 4.0-7.0; rhenium - 2.7-3.7; niobium - 0.1-1.0; the boron - 0.001-0.02; cerium - 0.015-0.05; yttrium - 0.001-0.002; oxygen - 0.0003-0.001; nitrogen - 0.0003-0.001; the nickel - the rest. The technical result of the invention is production of the heat-resistant alloy with the high-level of the properties for the monocrystalline casting of the details of the gas turbine engine by the method of the directional crystallization. The alloy is producible at the casting, is not inclined to form the surface defects of the type of "the jet liquation". Usage of the alloy will allow the increased service life and reliability of the articles made out of this alloy.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the heat-resistant alloy with the high-level of the properties, the increased service life and reliability of the articles made out of this alloy, and that this alloy is producible at the monocrystalline casting of the gas turbine engine details, is not inclined to form the surface defects of "the jet liquation" type.
