FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cast heat-resistant alloys on base of nickel applied for production of mono-crystal rotor blades and other components of hot circuit of turbines of high-temperature gas engines continuously working at temperature up to 1100°C by method of oriented crystallisation. Alloy contains the following elements, wt %: chromium - 2.5-5.5; cobalt - 5.0-10.0; tungsten - 10.0-12.5; molybdenum - 0.8-3.0; titanium - 0.7-1.5; aluminium - 5.0-6.5; rhenium - 1.0-2.6; niobium - 0.7-1.5; cerium - 0.001-0.05; yttrium - 0.001-0.05; lanthanum - 0.001-0.05; carbon - 0.001-0.04; silicon - 0.01-0.3; iron - 0.01-0.5; manganese - 0.01-0.3; nickel - the rest. Additionally alloy can contain tantalum at amount of 0.1-1.0 wt %.
EFFECT: production of heat-resistant alloy on nickel base for mono-crystal casting of ingots for parts of gas-turbine engines and maintaining phase stability, heat resistance and processability.
