FIELD: metallurgy; aerospace industry; other industries; production of the alloy on the basis of the magnesium and the article produced out of the alloy.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to production of the high-strength alloys on the basis of magnesium, intended for manufacture of the loaded details of the aggregates operating at the temperature of 250°С for the long time, used in aviation and the space engineering. For improvement of the mechanical properties at the room and increased up to 250°С temperatures the invention presents the alloy on the basis of the magnesium with the following chemical composition (9n mass %): Zn - 6.0-10.0, Zr - 0.6-1.2, Nb - 0.01-0.8, rare-earth-metals - 0.7-2.5, Gd - 0.02-2.6, Mg - the rest, and the article manufactured out of this alloy. Usage of the presented alloy in the loaded details , such as: the brackets, beams, housings of the bearing supports, reduction gearboxes, pumps and oil system blocks shall increase their reliability and resource(safe life) will increase their reliability and the service life.
EFFECT: the invention ensures, that usage of the presented alloy in the loaded details increases their reliability and service life.
