FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to corrosion-resistant heat-resistant nickel-based alloys, and can be used for parts of hot-path of gas-turbine engines and plants. Nickel-based heat-resistant foundry alloy contains, wt %: carbon 0.005–0.18, chrome 13–15, cobalt 7–10, titanium 4–6, aluminum 2–4, tungsten 2–5, molybdenum 0.5–2.5, boron up to 0.03, zirconium to 0.20, tantalum from 1.5 to less than 3.5, niobium to 0.5, hafnium to 0.5, barium to 0.10, lanthanum to 0.20, yttrium to 0.20, cerium to 0.20, nickel – the rest.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high values of ultimate strength, yield point, long-term strength, relative elongation, relative narrowing at working temperatures, as well as resistance to high-temperature sulphide-oxide and chloride corrosion.
