Abstract RU 2318118 C1

FIELD: oil and well drilling, particularly to monitor drilling operation with the use of telemetering systems, namely devices for electronic component securing inside downhole instruments of telemetering systems.

SUBSTANCE: boards carrying accelerometers and magnetometers adapted to measure zenith angle and direction of magnetic field are installed on additional frame, which is installed inside window of main frame. Damping means are arranged between additional frame and main frame from both sides thereof. The damping means are washers made of elastic material and are connected to main and additional frames along inner and outer surface edges. Damping means are secured to main frame through inserts installed in main frame window. Edge of outer damping means surface is pressed to insert surface by means of fixing ring. Extensions, which limit insert displacement, are created on inserts. The extensions have fastening bolt receiving orifices and are adapted to retain the inserts inside main frame window. Groove mating seating diameter of damping means and fixing ring is made in insert from damping means installation side and is used to improve centering thereof. Orifices for fastening parts, for instance for rivets or screws, which fix damping means with respect to main chassis in circumferential direction, are made in insert, damping means and fixing ring. Additional frame has threaded orifices created in areas of damping means connection. Damping means is attached to additional frame through threaded bush having bead, which provides pressing thereof to inner surface edge of damping means. Said inner surface edge has annular and radial extensions, which provide circumferential and radial additional frame retention with respect to damping means. Threaded bush has orifice for connecting wire passage and assembling tool slot made from bead side.

EFFECT: increased downhole instrument reliability, measurement accuracy, decreased maintenance time, reduced linear dimensions and vibration influence on measurement results, provision of accelerometer and magnetometer protection against impacts caused by well drilling operation, possibility to regulate damping device rigidity to improve downhole instrument vibroinsulation.
