SUBSTANCE: method comprises producing a film on the surface of pipelines and valving systems by means of introducing surface-active agents into the fluid. Before introducing the surface-active agents, the emulsion saturated with the molecules of the surface-active agents is prepared and is batched into the fluid. The total thickness of the film produced on the internal surfaces of the pipeline system is comparable with the surface roughness.
