FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat supply system can be used in central and autonomous heating of industrial buildings and premises. Heat supply system has heating circuit which contains heat generator. Output of heat generator is connected with supply pipeline, connected with consumer, and input of heat generator is connected with output of circulation pump set. First output of filter is connected with circulation pump set. Input of filter is connected via back pipeline with output of consumer. Water source has input connected with input of water adjustment, accounting and supply unit. Output of the latter is connected with input of filter. System is also supplied with surface-active matter source, unit for preparation of surface-active matters emulsion. First input of the latter is connected with back pipeline, and its second input is connected with surface-active matter source. System has surface-active matter emulsion accumulation unit, first unit for registering and analyzing of samples. The latter is connected with first input of surface-active matters emulsion accumulation unit. Unit for dosing and counting surface-active matters emulsion has input connected with second output of surface-active matters emulsion accumulation unit, and its output is connected with input of circulation pumps unit and feeding pipeline. It has other filter connected with heating circuit and it is connected via supply pipeline with output of heat generator and input of consumer. System has cooling and filtering unit. First input of latter unit is connected with input of consumer via supply pipeline. Second input of filtering and cooling unit is connected with third output of water counting, adjustment and supply unit. Third input is connected with output of consumer, with sample taking unit, second analyzing and registering unit. Second unit of analysis and registration is connected to first output of sample taking unit. First input of the latter is connected with first input of other filter via supply pipeline. Second input is connected through back pipeline with output of consumer and third input is connected with fourth output of water counting, adjustment and supply unit and with third unit for analyzing and registration of samples, which is connected with first output of filtering and cooling unit. Utilization unit of the latter is connected with second outputs of filters, of cooling and filtering units, compressed air preparation and feed unit. Input of the latter is connected water source, with water-air mixture preparation and supply unit. First input of the latter is connected with second output of water adjustment, counting and supply unit. Its second input is connected with output of compressed air preparation and supply unit. Outputs are connected to input and output of consumer through supply and back pipeline.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation; reduced costs; improved ecological conditions; higher protection of heat-exchange equipment against corrosion and deposits forming.
