FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of protecting internal surfaces of heating systems from corrosion and sediments accumulation includes introduction of octadecylamine (ODA) into heating system. Increase of octadecylamine concentration in heat-carrier to target level in 2-10 mg/kg is realised during time, not less than 50 times exceeding period of heat-carrier circulation in heating system. When target level of concentration of octadecylamine in heat-carrier is reached, support of said level is realized during time, not less than 100 times exceeding period of heat-carrier circulation in heating system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to form uniform stable layer of octadecylamine on the entire area of internal surface of heating system, optimise ODA consumption and reduce processing time.
