FIELD: building and construction, possible use for testing and examination of working organs for trenchless replacement of pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: the stand for testing and examination of working organs for trenchless replacement of pipelines contains a box with imitated soil and an aperture in one of its walls, unit for advancing the working organ with hydraulic jack, and pressing unit which includes pressing plates and device for measuring pressing force on plates. The unit for advancing the working organ is provided with second hydraulic jack and a channel section, connected to stretching dynamometer and traction, pressing unit is made in form of hydraulic jack, and pressing plates are positioned above one another with device for measuring pressing force of plates made in form of compression dynamometer and mounted between them. In the wall of the box, which is opposite to the wall with the aperture, second aperture is made, positioned oppositely to the first one, while sheets of porous rubber are positioned between box walls and the soil. In the soil a pipe is mounted for imitating an old pipeline, through which a traction is driven, which is connected to front part of working organ, and to back part of working organ a pipe is attached, which imitates a new pipeline, to which a load of variable weight is connected through a flange.
EFFECT: creation of a stand for testing and examination of working organs for trenchless replacement of pipelines under conditions which imitate real conditions.
