FIELD: remote measurements.
SUBSTANCE: device contains input window, optical system, scanning device, optical radiation receiver, cooling system, electronic image processing block, power and control block and navigational system, as row scanning model the cone generatrix is used (circular scanning). In photo-receiving device capacity for simultaneous receipt of signals in several spectral ranges is realized, receiver is made in form of multi-spectral small format matrix, and fields of view of receivers coincide, while sensitive areas of matrix are structurally combined in a single block, and one of channels operates in visible range to realize capability for geo-attachment of registered radiation anomalies using GPS.
EFFECT: device makes it possible to increase resolution and to increase probability of recognition of anomalies of earth surface radiation.
