FIELD: agricultural production.

SUBSTANCE: method involves forming furrow; feeding fertilizer and closing furrow; using carbonic acid of H₂CO₃ formulation. Furrow is cut using chisel type moldboardless tool with inclined tines, upon passage of which tool ridged furrow bottom is formed. Carbonic acid is fed under pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa through pipelines positioned at rear side of tines and is discharged by means of jet nozzles provided at ends of pipelines into furrow bottom depressions. Furrow is then covered with soil by means of inclined tines upon advancement of apparatus. Carbon dioxide CO₂ is released from carbonic acid and raised through hollows in mellowed soil to reach 0-10 cm top layer.

EFFECT: increased fertility of low-humus soil owing to saturation of soil with carbon dioxide provided by deep chisel moldboardless soil cultivation.
