FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: deep tiller contains two layer tine with removable knife, chisel and additional ripping elements fixed on the tine. The chisel is fixed on the tine with the frog in the form of a clamp covering the tine and equipped with a plane in front of the tine designed for the chisel. The layers of the tine are bent up every which way below the frog, forming symmetrical Λ-shaped arch in front. The corner angle of the Λ-shaped arch is 50-60°. The frogs with their chisels, the width of which is less than one of the upper frog and chisel, are fixed firmly and perpendicularly on the ends of the Λ-shaped arch. Additional ripping elements are fixed on the back side of the tine, and made in the form of a mole blade and pivotally attached to the inclined Λ-shaped arch. The upper frog is fixed on the tine with possibility to be discretely resettled. Removable knifes are mounted on the inclined tines of the Λ-shaped arch. Mounting hinges of the mole blades have two degrees of freedom. The back side of the upper part of the tine has a pipe with jet on its end.
EFFECT: enhancement of operating and technological characteristics and functional capabilities of the tool combined with decrease of energy consumption and increase of soil quality.
