SUBSTANCE: device can be used for transmission of electro-cardiac signals via radio channels at medicinal institutions, for example, in ambulance systems and at remote consulting centers. Device has electrodes, preamplifier, amplitude modulator, high frequency oscillator, phase manipulator, modulating code oscillator, power amplifier, transmitting aerial, receiving aerial, re-tuning unit, first and second mixers, first and second intermediate frequency amplifiers, +90° first and second shifters, first and second adders, first and second multipliers, first, second, third and fourth narrow band filters, first, second, third and fourth amplitude detectors, second, third, fourth and fifth switches, first, second, third and fourth processing units, and OR gate. Any processing unit has microprocessor, alarm signal forming unit, magnet registering device, sonic alarm unit, detector, first and second delay line, first switch, amplitude limiter, synchronous detector and phase detector. Microprocessor has upper and lower levels memory units, comparison unit and first threshold unit. Detector has first and second spectrum width measuring devices, phase doublers, second comparison unit and second threshold unit.

EFFECT: widened working frequency range without widening frequency re-tuning range.
