FIELD: instrumentation systems.
SUBSTANCE: system contains fixed and mobile inspection stations and central control station. Each fixed and mobile station includes information preprocessing unit, encryption unit, noise-resistant coding unit, transceiver, control unit, downlink and uplink equipment. Each mobile station also contains location determination unit. Each transceiver contains master generator, phase manipulator, the first and second mixers, first intermediate frequency amplifier, the first and second power amplifiers, duplexer, the first and second heterodynes, noise-resistant coding unit, bandpass filter, multiplier, second intermediate frequency amplifier, the first, second, and third phase detectors, the first and second subtractors, and phase shifters.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of information obtained.
