SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises scanning unit and transceiver. Said scanning unit comprises master oscillator 1, power amplifier 2, circulator 3, horn transceiver antenna 4, high frequency amplifier 5, phase detector 6, computer 7, local oscillator 14, mixers 15 and 20, intermediate frequency amplifiers 16 and 21, multipliers 17 and 24, bandpass filter 18, phase shifter 19 and 22 (through 90°), adder 23, narrow-band filter 25, amplitude detector 26 and gate 27. Aforesaid transceiver comprises piezo crystal 8, microstrip antenna 9, interdigitated-finger electrodes 10, buses 11 and 12, and a set of reflectors 13.

EFFECT: high selectivity and noise immunity of scanning unit receiver provided for by noise killing in both mirror and combined channel.
