FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, immunology.
SUBSTANCE: in patients' peripheral blood it is necessary to detect the level of expression of adhesion molecules CD11β and CD54 lymphocytes due to the technique of indirect immunofluorescence at applying monoclonal antibodies and at the content of molecules CD11β being under 17.18% and that of molecules CD54 being under 16.75% one should detect chronic flow of pyelonephritis. The method is simple and of high information value. It enables to rapidly and objectively evaluate the values of leukocytic adhesion and their transendothelial migration for 2.5 h after blood sampling, provides differential diagnostics of chronic pyelonephritis to carry out rational complex of therapeutic procedures in due terms.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
