Level of receptors of collagen Discoidin domain receptors 1 (DDR1) is determined in the patient's blood serum. If DDR1 is more than 87.65 pg/ml, a latent inflammatory process occurs with active fibrogenesis in renal tissue and a high risk of developing nephrosclerosis is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides more accurate prediction of the risk of developing nephrosclerosis in children with chronic pyelonephritis due to early diagnosis of a latent inflammatory process occurring with active fibrogenesis.
