FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with providing surgical access towards the organs of abdominal cavity, especially during operations upon gall-bladder and extra-hepatic biliary ducts. It is necessary to fulfill minilaparotomy transrectally from the right. Moreover, incision of skin and subcutaneous fiber should be made transversely against middle line being accurately along the lines of tension of Langer's skin in this area. Then, it is important to change the direction of the incision to be longitudinal and dissect aponeurosis, rectus muscle of abdomen, posterior folium of the sheath of rectus muscle and peritoneum longitudinally. Layer-by-layer one should suture in the wound at applying uninterrupted intra-cutaneous cosmetic suture. The innovation enables to decrease the size and improve the appearance of post-surgical cicatrix, keep cicatricial shape and size in distant period.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
