SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely abdominal surgery, herniology. A laparoscopic approach is performed. The parietal peritoneum is dissected at the lateral edge of the left rectus abdominis muscle from the xiphoid process caudally to the umbilical ring along the border of the preperitoneal tissue, thus forming a flap of the parietal peritoneum with preperitoneal tissue. From the side of the skin from the xiphoid process to the umbilicus along the midline at a distance of 2 cm, skin incisions are made, followed by the formation of a duplication of the aponeurosis of the rectus muscles, by suturing both the umbilical ring and the white line of the abdomen with the capture of the medial edges of the rectus muscles. The installed polypropylene mesh prosthesis is fixed to the posterior sheets of the sheaths of the rectus abdominis muscles, followed by peritonization of the prosthesis with a formed flap of the parietal peritoneum with preperitoneal tissue.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to exclude minilaparotomic incisions, to form a duplication of the aponeurosis, to improve visualization of the boundaries of the divergence of the rectus abdominis muscles from the side of the abdominal cavity, to reduce the risk of recurrence, and to reduce trauma.
