Suggestion without directives is carried out at the second stage. It is aimed at creating treatment motivation. The third treatment stage is composed of 5-10 sessions. Its duration is 3-4 weeks. It comprises introducing patient into hypnotic state for carrying out directive suggestion. Then, the patient is helped out of hypnotic state and the directive suggestion is carried out exerting visual, auditory, and physiotherapeutic influence. The patient accomplishes accented breathing. 1-3 months later, the fourth stage is put in practice. It comprises treatment effectiveness control and directive suggestion, if necessary.
