SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing shaped into a polyhedron separated into sections that have one or more sides and rotor that is mounted inside the housing and provided with hummers. The sides are separated with cross-pieces provided with longitudinal grooves that receive the perforated grates having various diameters of openings. The inner surface of the cross-pieces are provided with deflecting plates. The devices for supplying and discharging of material are provided with individual valve gates.

EFFECT: improved quality of disintegrating.
