FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; installations for flushing of the articles.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to purification and preparation of the surfaces for coating, in particular, to blasting of articles and purification of the cleaning solution for its multiple usage. The invention ensures improvement of the quality of purification of the cleaning solution, therefore, its saving and improvement of the quality of cleaning of the surfaces of the articles, improvement of the installation repair and maintenance conditions. The installation contains: the chamber with the located in it contours of the flushing; the bath for the washing solution located under the chamber and equipped with filtering partitions and the pump for feeding of the cleaning solution in the flushing contours; the linked with the bath tank used for recuperation of the cleaning solution and having the magnetic partitions carrying the permanent magnets fixed in the rows. The magnetic partitions are disposed in the rows in parallel to the direction of the stream of the cleaning solution with the equal space between them. At that the partitions of one row are shifted concerning the partitions of other row by a half step. Each partition in its upper part has protrusions and is installed on the detachable beams having the vertical grooves with the expanded upper part. The beams are mounted on the bearing supports having the elongated side wall; and on the inlet and the outlet of the tank for recuperation of the cleaning solution there are the mounted distribution partitions disposed perpendicularly to the magnetic partitions. At that the rows of the permanent magnets in each magnetic partition are installed inclined and disposed at an angle to the vertical axis, the poles of the magnets have the similar polarity reversion in each row, and in the distribution partitions there is the perforation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the quality of the cleaning solution purification, its saving, the improved quality of cleaning of the articles surfaces and conditions of the repairs and maintenance of the installation.
