FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning apparatus for removing polymer coatings from the surface of painting tooling, used in the field of producing machine tools, machines, and equipment for processing metals and other solid materials. Apparatus includes a body containing a washing chamber, a circulation system, a container for collecting and discharging the used detergent solution, a tool for supplying and discharging water and the detergent solution, and at least one heating element. The body is made in the form of a frame wherein a bath is placed. The bath is divided by a partition into two compartments: a washing chamber filled with a detergent solution, and a water flushing compartment with a drain into the sewerage. Apparatus comprises a basket with parts subject to cleaning, a distribution collector located at the bottom of the washing chamber. Heating elements are placed under the distribution collector. The system for the circulation and discharge of water with a detergent solution is made closed and includes a centrifugal pump and a coarse mesh filter. The system for the circulation and discharge of water with a detergent solution is located in the volume under the distribution collector. The flushing compartment comprises a hose reel, a bailer with switching nozzles, and a drain pipe for discharging effluents into the sewerage. The apparatus is equipped with a two-stage drain for the detergent solution from the bath into the reagent storage tank, consisting of a drain for the clean detergent solution from the level 100 mm above the bottom and a drain for the detergent solution contaminated with sand-like sludge from the bottom of the bath during the preventive stage. The apparatus is equipped with automatic elements for maintaining the temperature and setting the tooling processing time; a lifting mechanism installed on the bath, with an automatic or manual drive for the convenience of moving the basket containing the tooling from the washing chamber into the adjacent flushing compartment.
EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness, reliability, and safety, improvement in the user properties, and convenience of cleaning with the small size of the apparatus.
