SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes drive unit for feeding spindle and counter-weight made in the form of worm pair. Machine tool includes joined with its electric drive through kinematics links tube-cutting apparatus with cutting cone rollers mounted in boss of wheel. Said tube cutting apparatus is provided with protection cover. Tail spindle is provided in addition with clamp having screw, handle and slide blocks. Protection cover is made of tube halves. Such machine tool may perform operations of cutting off welded seams, drilling, countersinking, milling, boring, lapping and also cutting tubes being in vertical position without taking off metal layer.
EFFECT: shortened time period for mounting-dismounting equipment, improved radiation safety, enhanced operational reliability of machine tool.
