SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in mechanical processing machines. The machine contains a disk plate of the main drive of the machine with an output shaft. There is a drive gear on the output shaft, which is engaged with a driven gear wheel with internal teeth of the rotation drive. Below there is a disk plate and a rotation drive. A guide sleeve is mounted on the central bolt in the housing, on which the wave mechanism is mounted. The mechanism is supported through a nut on a thrust roller bearing. In the groove formed by the sleeves of the wave mechanism, the drive rollers of the longitudinal variable-discrete transmission are located. The toothed bevel wheel of the longitudinal variable-discrete transmission drive is engaged with the toothed bevel wheel of the lead screw of the longitudinal feed support. A carriage is mounted on the running screw on the guides of the support, on which a tool holder with a cutter is fixed.

EFFECT: it is possible to restore the perpendicularity of the end surfaces of the flange connections directly at the site of pipe repair.
