FIELD: metallurgy, namely heat treatment of low- carbon low-alloy bainite class steels for producing rolled pieces.
SUBSTANCE: in order to enhance manufacturability of process, to improve ductility, impact viscosity and cold resistance, rolled piece is intensively cooled from temperature 900°C till 580°C for forming hypoeutectoid ferrite and then it is gradually slowly cooled in bainite range till temperature 200 - 250°C at rate non exceeding 0.025°C/s. It provides generation of grain type structure of carbide phase at keeping residual austenite.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability of process, enhanced impact viscosity, ductility and cold resistance of rolled pieces.
