FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry, in particular, pressing fabric for pressing section of papermaking machine.
SUBSTANCE: machine stitched laminated multiaxial pressing fabric has first basic cloth and second basic cloth, said cloths being connected to one another by stitching using coarse material of staple fibers. First basic cloth is multiaxial cloth produced by spiral winding of cloth strip, leveling of endless loop produced by spiral winding, and removal of cross fibers from ends of leveled endless loop so as to form stitch loops. Second basic cloth is machine stitched basic cloth which may be also multiaxial. Pressing fabric is joined so as to define endless form by bringing together stitch loops by oncoming-pin process on two ends of both basic cloths so as to define single passage through which pin is passed for connecting of pressing fabric into endless form. Stitch loops may be alternatively brought together on two ends of each basic cloth by oncoming-pin process so as to define two passages through which two pins are directed in order to connect pressing fabric so as to define endless form. Each pass is provided at opposite side of other passage relative to respective basic cloth.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by eliminating back flow of water discharged from paper and repeated moistening of paper downstream of loading clamp.
