FIELD: localizing device, in particular for measuring and indicating devices.

SUBSTANCE: localizing device contains body (3), which defines axis (7) of body, carrier tail (41), which defines axis (43) of the tail, and localizing holder (45), which restrains the body (3) from parallel axis (43) of tail with axis (7) movably radially to it, but with possible fastening on carrier tail (41). Localizing holder (45) is made in form of parallelogram guiding line with parallelogram lever zone which is distributed around axis (43) of tail and axis (7) of body and which passes along these axes (7, 43), or several such zones. Such a parallelogram guiding line may be molded as a single whole on carrier tail (41) and/or body (3), resulting in reduced manufacturing costs. Adjusting screws (69), which are distributed across the periphery of parallelogram guiding line, ensure calibration of tail axis (43) relatively to body axis (7).

EFFECT: simplified manufacture of localizing device, which is usable in, particularly, measuring and indicating devices.
