SUBSTANCE: unit (1) of an inductance coil for heating the case (3) of an instrument holder (5), which holds a shaft (13) of a rotating instrument in a receiving recess (11) through press fitting, having two coil units (21, 23), the distance between which can be controlled through at least one cam (43) with an inclined surface. A magnetic flux concentrator (33) with concentrator elements (55) distributed around, is connected to the coil unit (21) and is adjacent to the free end (15) of the case. Width of the through-hole (57) for the shaft (13) of the instrument, defined by concentrator elements (55) can also be controlled using a disc cam (69) connected to concentrator elements (55) through a cam (73) with an inclined surface. The two cams (43, 73) with an inclined surface are preferably connected to each other, which simplifies control of the unit (1).
EFFECT: uniform heating of holder for different axial lengths of the section.
